TITLE: “Margherita sul campo di Margherite”
Modern artwork on canvas, 31.5 x 57.48 inches (80×146 cm), mixed technique acrylic and spray paint, Siviglia 2026
An intense and poetic work: the mother as heroine
Margherita in the Daisy Field is a modern, vibrant, and surreal painting, handcrafted by Alessandro Siviglia. At the heart of the composition stands a woman in a red dress riding a white horse, a yellow sword raised in her hand. She is Margherita, the artist’s mother, depicted as a warrior‑heroine returning to peace after a thousand battles.
Around her unfolds a dreamlike, symbolic universe: angels with halos, oversized flowers, fantastical creatures, musical notes drifting through the sky, moons, and carved doorways. Every detail whispers a story; every color pulses with emotion.
The painting is a tribute to feminine strength, resilience, and the enduring gentleness that survives even the fiercest storms.
