BOSCOREALE

TITLE: “BOSCOREALE”

modern artwork on canvas by Alessandro Siviglia 2023, 35,4×78,7 inches (90x200cm)

Hand painted canvas painting Boscoreale Napoli original paintings for sale on canvas by Alessandro Siviglia, who painted this large canvas thinking about the cities of the Campania region in Italy. Traveling on the motorway towards Naples, he noticed the Boscoreale exit motorway sign and from there came the idea of painting the Boscoreale area according to his imagination.
Boscoreale was inspired by a joke of Alessandro Siani his favorite Neapolitan comedian and actor. He imagined this large, dense forest where in some places it is very bright but in others very dark, almost black. He painted a faun playing the trumpet and not the flute as usual. At both sides of the work there are two women, one blonde and the other dark with black hair and a king seated on the faun who thoughtfully observes his broken handcuffs and his sword stuck in the ground. Surrounded by several birds with beautiful eyes dazzling with light and other characters such as pixies and angels. In the back of the oil painting there is a large moon that illuminates the less wooded areas. Long thick trees that bear red fruits. This large painting is ideal for those who have bought a house or a villa and want to furnish with shades of green. Large painting with lots of greenery, modern paintings for vegans and nature lovers.
