TITLE: “Loco Sueno”

Modern artwork on canvas, 31,49×78,74 inches (80x200cm), artist Alessandro Siviglia

“Loco Sueno” in English the “Crazy Dream” is a contemporary artwork by Alessandro Siviglia. A large painting with a figurative scene full of characters, animals and symbols painted all in a crazy interweaving way on a red and pink background. Let’s start from the left side with the most evident characters: the first is the bullfighter with his sword raised and his red cloth thrown as if to attract the snake that is slithering towards him. Then there is the musician with the trumpet and the eagle of the Roman Empire. Below him there is a girl who seems to be listening to him but shows her watch as if to say “it’s late!” Finally there is the king with the crown and the red cloak which underline his royalty. These four characters are surrounded by other smaller characters, women, men, angels, animals such a the horse and dog, the eagle and the snake.

A large and animated canvas, dynamic and mysterious, to be read and interpreted like a long surreal dream. Ideal for furnishing large spaces such as in a waiting room of a doctor’s office or in a reception area of a creative company such as a marketing and communication agency for example. Perfect for places where people spend some time to admire this beautiful work.
