"La Sesta Luna" is a vera colorful female portrait in a modern cubist style. The Italian artist loves to paint women with a half moon as part of their head. In this case the moon is painted in an intense red. The lady has a sword in one and a saber in the other hand. She must be a relentless warrior. In English “The Sixth Moon” is a portrait of a fictional woman created by the artist Alessandro Siviglia. The painting is colored with shades such as red, purple, white, yellow, blue. In the center of the canvas there is this woman with two daggers, one straight and the other curved like the one seen in Arab films. The straight dagger represents the west while the curved one represents the east. The woman looks at herself reflected in the moon and has an evening dress with a pearl necklace.
