TITLE: “Ucciderebbero per Averla”
Beautiful, very colorful and lively painting made with bright acrylic colors and spray paint for the background creating a unique dynamics to the figurative scene. The painting by the young Italian artist Alessandro Siviglia depicts women surrounded by various other characters, animals, objects and symbols. A rather complex and surreal scenario on a square and quite large canvas. Ideal for decorating the living room at home, but also professional environments such as a lawyer’s office or the office of a psychologist / psychotherapist.
Modern painting with naked bodies where vital organs such as lungs, heart, liver, intestines, etc. can be seen in transparency. Modern painting reminiscent of radiography or ultrasound in this painting the artist has become a radiologist or whoever does this type of work, the painting on some subjects shows us how a real CT scan or magnetic resonance is made on the characters painted by Alessandro Siviglia. By creating such characters where one can see the organs perhaps the artist wants us to understand that sometimes before committing a gesture, saying a word or judging a person we should take a closer look and reflect also on our inner self a little while before deciding if we should move on with what we were doing.
